Hi,
 Some of you will have noticed we hit 100% rated images earlier today on 
http://SPAMorNOT.org/ (and those rating at the time may have noticed it got 
stuck 39 images from the end and really got there twice when I cleared some 
old whitelist status flags *doh*). Big thanks to all of our clickers big and 
small for their contributions in reaching over 300,000 ratings.

Ratings will now be selected from a mix of new and already rated images 
(again careful clickers will have noticed I tested this a couple of times 
when we got close to the 100% mark). When we drop below 99.98% rated it will 
revert back to the old method of rating only unrated images.
